Christian Education classes for all ages 

Our Christian education hour will break for the summer and resume next program year on September 8, 2019.

Episcopal Youth Community (EYC) 

Young people (grades 6th-12th) gather for food, fun and fellowship. Join us when our program year resumes, September 8, 2019. For details about EYC, contact Rev. Rhetta Wiley.


Cooking for Paul’s Place ~ June 16

Set your alarm a little early and join us in the kitchen at 9:00 prepare food for Paul’s Place which will feed those who are hungry. Contact John Sodergreen.

Celebrations of Ministry ~ June 16

All are welcome for a Sunday of celebrations. As we will recognize our many youth and children’s ministry leaders, we will also celebrate Reverend Rhetta’s ministry with us in a reception following the 10:00 a.m. service.

Summer Cookouts ~ Starting  June 19

Please join us Wednesday evenings from June 19 – August 21 at 6:00 p.m. for fellowship and delicious food. Suggested donation is $5.00 per person or $20.00 per family. Side dishes or desserts are greatly appreciated. For more information, or to help grill please contact John Theune.

Lemonade on the Lawn ~ Starting June 23

Join your St. Martin’s parish family after the 10:00 a.m. service during the summer for a time of simple refreshment and fellowship. Weather permitting, we will gather outside for lemonade and cookies.

Appalachia Service Project Mission Trip (ASP) ~ June 23-29

The youth and adult missioners will help make homes of our brothers and sisters in Christ in Central Appalachia warmer, safer, drier on this week-long mission trip.  Contact Rev. Matthew Hanisian, (410) 647-6248.

Severna Park Independence Day Parade ~ July 4

Based on the overwhelming success of last year, St. Martin’s will once again march in the Severna Park Independence Day Parade. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, friendly parishioners, aged 10 and up, to represent us to the community on Thursday, July 4. This year, instead of making new t-shirts, we are asking all participants to bring a shirt from a previous St. Martin’s event. In this way we can visually see all our years of service to the community through our variety of shirts. Volunteers are needed for before parade prep at 8:00 a.m. and on the parade route at 10:00 a.m. Sign up here.



Bible Challenge Group ~ Weekly on Tuesdays                   

All are welcome to join us as we begin year two of the challenge to read the Bible in chronological order. You don’t need to have been with us previously to join. We will be using The Chronological Study Bible and The Chronological Guide to the Bible; Explore God’s Word in Historical Order. All are welcome for Bible fellowship every Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. in St. Martin’s House. For questions and more details contact Cindy Neseth.

Choir Rehearsals ~ Weekly on Tuesdays & Thursdays

For those seeking to praise God through music, we invite you to join our choirs. We are friendly and supportive and would love to have you join us. We have rehearsals for Hand Bell Choir, Tuesday nights at 5:30 p.m. and Adult Choir, Thursday evenings at 7:00 p.m. If you are interested or would like more details, please contact the Director of Music Ministries, Dr. Hye Sung Hwang.

The Shepherd’s Group ~ Weekly on Thursdays
These lectionary Bible reflection meetings are open to all. Thursdays from 4:30-6:00 p.m. Meeting held off campus. For details and location contact Sylvia Marston.
Contemporary Writers Book Group ~ BiWeekly on Wednesdays

 Moms In Prayer ~ Monthly on First Friday

During the school year join us as we lift our children and schools in prayer. We meet at 10:00 a.m. in the lower conference room of St. Martin’s house. All are welcome, we’d love for you to come. Questions? Feel free to ask Sarah Parkison.

Cursillo Ultreya ~ Monthly on Third Friday

Gathering of the St. Martin’s and St. Andrew’s Cursillo community and supporters. Usually includes music and refreshments. Join us in the church at 7:00 p.m. All are welcome, come check us out. Questions? Contact Wamahdri Williams.
