Many Rivers Adult Forum Series ~ October 28

The fourth of our Many Rivers Adult Forum series will meet in the Parish Hall. The aim of this session is to educate ourselves to the problems of Health and Mental Health in Severna Park and our County. Participation in previous forums is not required. Please join us. First Fruits Farm Trip ~ October 28

CHANGE  OF  PLANS! All participants will worship at the 8:00 a.m. service then depart for First Fruits Farm (FFF). We will harvest vegetables in the fields, and then stay for the farm’s annual pig roast. Be sure to dress appropriately for weather and mud. No sandals or flip-flops. You will get dirty. Candy Tithe ~ November 4

Any children, youth or adults who are trick-or-treating this year are invited to participate in our Annual Candy Tithe. Once you have an abundance of candy, think about how you might share that with others. A “tithe” is 10%–so maybe count your candy and out of every 10 pieces, select 1 to give in the offering at Church during the 10:00 a.m. service. All of the collected candy will be given to SPAN. Cabaret and Cupcakes Concert ~ November 10

Join singer and storyteller, Christy Trapp, as she brings her national touring cabaret show “Searching for Signs” to St. Martin’s-in-the-Field on Saturday, November 10 at 7:00 pm. This show features music from Madonna to Dolly Parton, and Guns & Roses to Stephen Schwartz all threaded together to explore faith, love, and life.  A dessert reception will follow. No advanced tickets are required and all guests are welcomed to make a donation at the event to help the St. Martin’s J2A Youth fund their upcoming 2019 Pilgrimage to Greece.  For details contact Dawn Major.

Holy Baptism ~ November 11

For those seeking to be baptized our next Baptism date is Sunday, November 11, St. Martin’s Day. If you are interested please contact Rev. Matthew or Rev. Rhetta. Future Baptism dates include: Sunday, January 6, 2019 (Epiphany); Saturday, April 20, 2019 (Easter Vigil); Sunday, June 9, 2019 (Day of Pentecost).

Bible Challenge Group ~ Weekly on Tuesdays

Choir Rehearsals ~ Weekly on Tuesdays & Thursdays

For those seeking to praise God through music, we invite you to join our choirs. We are friendly and supportive and would love to have you join us. We have rehearsals for Hand Bell Choir, Tuesday nights at 5:30 p.m. and Adult Choir, Thursday evenings at 7:00 p.m. If you are interested or would like more details, please contact the Director of Music Ministries, Dr. Hye Sung Hwang.
