SUNDAYS:

Christian Education classes for all ages meets from 9:00-9:45 a.m.

Animate : Faith Adult Forum All adults are invited to join us in Parish Hall for a series of videos and discussions centered on faith.  This dynamic series will feature thoughts from a leading contemporary Christian thinker on topics such as God, Spirituality, the Cross, and the Church. Contact Jeff Dickerson.

The Bible Workbench helps center us in the readings from the Scriptures appointed on Sunday, and asks thoughtful questions that assist us in our conversation. Join us any time. Contact Rev. John Price.

Children and Youth meet at 9:00 a.m. Register your child or youth.

Class locations: Sunday School (age 4-grade 5): Downstairs (SMES Elementary); Rite-13: Learning Cottage (Rm 8); J2A: Heck Hall (Lower); YAC: St. Martin’s House (Lower); Seniors: St. Martin’s House (Upper); Adults: Parish Hall.
 
Episcopal Youth Community (EYC) ~ Youth in grades 6-12 are welcome to join us from 5:00-7:00 p.m. for dinner and activities. Usually we meet in Parish Hall however meeting locations change weekly. Check our Weekly Epistle or contact Rev. Nathan, associate@stmartinsinthefield.org.

Christmas Mart Meeting ~ November 11

Join the Christmas Mart team, we have many different opportunities so you are sure to find the perfect fit for you! Interested? Come to our next Christmas Mart meeting on Monday, November 11, 7:00 p.m. at Starbucks in Severna Park or volunteer today, contact Helen Kellogg, hbkellogg@gmail.com.

St. Martin’s Holiday Sharing ~ November 24

St. Martin’s is sponsoring several families and individuals, for the holidays. All are invited to join in this intergenerational opportunity to serve together, on Sunday, November 24 from 9:00-9:45 a.m. in the Parish Hall. Stay tuned for more details including sign ups. Contact Cindy Rott.

Boxwood Collecting ~ November 30

Join us at 9:30 a.m. at St. Martin’s to trim and collect boxwood used to create festive trees to sell at the Christmas Mart. If you or anyone you know has boxwoods in need of trimming we are happy to help. Contact Lois Brockett, (410) 544-3222.

Advent Wreath Making & Taco Bar~December 1

Join us in the Parish Hall following the 10:00 a.m. service for our yearly tradition. Feel free to bring desserts to share or greens and holly berries to help decorate our wreaths. Cost is $20/family, $10/person. You will also have the opportunity to select an angel from our Angel Tree. Sign up today to help set-up, assist with the event and/or clean-up. Boxwood Tree Building ~ December 2-6

No experience needed. Just join in the fun and help make and decorate boxwood trees. We meet from 9:30 a.m.-12 noon in the kitchen the week of Dec 2-6. For details contact Contact Lois Brockett, (410) 544-3222.

St. Martin’s Christmas Mart ~ December 7

Mark your calendar for our annual Christmas Mart on Saturday, December 7, 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. There will be handcrafted gifts and decorations from local artisans, boxwood trees, wreaths and poinsettias, plus the White Elephant Sale and silent auction. Tasty treats will be available including donuts, lunch, and Korean specialties. For details and a vendor list click here.

Hand Bell Choir Rehearsal ~ Weekly on Sundays

Bring glory to the Lord and lift our hearts in His praise through music. All are welcome to join the Hand Bell choir. Rehearsals following the 10:00 a.m. worship service. Contact Dr. Hwang.

Bible Challenge Group ~ Weekly on Tuesdays                   

All are welcome to join us as we begin year two of the challenge to read the Bible in chronological order. You don’t need to have been with us previously to join. We will be using The Chronological Study Bible and The Chronological Guide to the Bible; Explore God’s Word in Historical Order. All are welcome for Bible fellowship every Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. in St. Martin’s House lower conference room. Contact Cindy Neseth.

Contemporary Christian Writers ~ Bi Weekly on Wednesdays

All are welcome to join this book group as we discuss The Universal Christ, by Richard Rohr. Meetings take place every other Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at Sylvia and Lee Marstons’ home, 17 Linstead Rd, Severna Park. For details, please contact Sylvia Marston, (410) 647-7493.

The Shepherd’s Group ~ Weekly on Thursdays

Parish Choir Rehearsal ~ Weekly on Thursdays

Moms In Prayer ~ Monthly on Second Tuesday

We would love to have you join us as we lift our children and schools in prayer. We meet at 10:00 a.m. in the basement of St. Martin’s house. Questions? Feel free to ask Sarah Parkison.

Cursillo Ultreya ~ Monthly on Third Friday

Gathering of the St. Martin’s and St. Andrew’s Cursillo community and supporters. Usually includes music and refreshments. Join us in the church at 7:00 p.m. All are welcome, come check us out. Questions? Contact Wamahdri Williams.
