Lemonade on the Lawn ~ Every Sunday
Join your St. Martin’s parish family after the 10:00 a.m. services during the summer for a time of simple refreshment and fellowship. Weather permitting, we will gather outside for lemonade and cookies.
Bible Challenge Group ~ Weekly on Tuesdays
Join us in our challenge to read the Bible in a year. Tuesdays from 7:00-9:00 p.m. in St. Martin’s House. For questions and more details contact Cindy Neseth.

Cooking for Paul’s Place ~ August 26
Set your alarm a little early and join us on Sunday, August 26 at 9:00 a.m. Every month Dawn Major leads the effort of preparing food to take to Paul’s Place to feed those who are hungry. Let’s offer some extra hands. For details and volunteer opportunities contact Dawn Major.
Welcome Weekend ~ September 7-9
St. Martin’s has an exciting weekend of activities planned to kick off the program year. It’s a weekend of welcoming back current parishioners and new friends. We encourage you to invite someone to join in one or more of the following:
Friday, September 7 – Food Trucks on the Field
Join us for dinner as our Episcopal school hosts a “friend” raiser food truck event.
Saturday, September 8 – Summer Music Night
This family friendly concert begins at 6:00 p.m. with light refreshments to follow.
Sunday, September 9 – Invitation Sunday
A full day of faith and fun including: 8:00 a.m. Eucharist • 9:00 a.m. Christian Education Open Houses
10:00 a.m. Eucharist with Blessing of Backpacks • 3:00 p.m. Cornhole Tournament • 5:00 p.m. Parish Picnic.
Program Year Resumes ~ September 16
All are welcome to deepen their faith (and share some donuts) as we resume our education and formation opportunities: Christian Education classes for all ages meets from 9:00-9:45 a.m. each Sunday, Children’s Chapel gathers during the 10:00 a.m. service, Coffee Hour and fellowship follows the 10:00 a.m. service, and Episcopal Youth Community (EYC) for youth in grades 6-12 meets from 5:00-7:00 p.m. This is an exciting time of the year with many opportunities for parishioners to deepen their relationship with God and our parish family. Aging Gracefully with Fitness & Faith ~ September 26
Aging Gracefully with Fitness and Faith, a course led by Joan Townshend and Betty Knickerbocker, will be held at Woods Church on Wednesday, September 26 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Increase your day to day eagerness about this time of life by improving your spiritual and physical vitality. This one day workshop will include body movement, poetry, music, and reflection time for your spiritual journey. For more information contact Joan Townshend.
